Net games against high caps basically never work out the way it should. You've gotta take a percentage of handicap to have a hope of equity. What we do in our skin games that seems to work well is that we do full handicaps, but we do KP on every hole and we pay out 3 skins for gross birdies and 10 skins for gross eagles.

Obviously the lower caps are less likely to win a hole skin but are more likely to win a KP or make a birdie and can win most of their money that way. The only time I've really been screwed is when you get 3 low caps scrapping for KPs and 1 high cap raking in the dough from his net birds on short par 3s.
