The other thing he did was not install any snaps until the new ones were zippered in and setting correctly and then he added the snaps where they needed to be.

In Spite of numerous Manufacturing tags with their name on them all around the canvas on my boat. Timp, my suggestion would be to take some photo's of the tags and send to them.
