The Intech yellow is more like a dull and faded out yellow, like it was under the Arizona sun for several years. The price is right, and it isn't painful if you lose one in a water hazard. It's perfect for beginners, because it is still easier to spot on the grass so you save some time. For the beginner-intermediate players, I'd pony up some extra funds for better balls.
